Plate Collection
During the time that our campus is closed to the public, all our plate collections will be taken electronically via our Online Giving Page. Please remember to select the ‘Plate Collection’ option from the drop-down menu.
Individual Donations
Our operating budget is funded primarily through individual donations; we also raise money through facilities rentals and periodic fundraising events such as Comedy Night and our annual Silent Auction. As a congregation, we are entirely self-supported.
Each year we conduct a Stewardship Campaign when members and friends make a pledge for the coming fiscal year starting in July. If you have any question about the status of your pledge, please contact our Treasurer directly. Pledge payments and donations can be made at any time via our Online Giving Page or by mailing a check to the UU Wellesley Hills office at 309 Washington Street, Wellesley MA 02481.
In addition to ongoing giving, we greatly appreciate any special or directed gifts that help UU Wellesley Hills better live out its mission to build a faith community that inspires spiritual growth, just and responsible action, and lives of compassion, purpose, and hope.
Planned Giving
A significant way to assure the financial health of our faith community is legacy planning. End-of-life gifts designated for our endowment fund help us to grow this permanent asset, which provides income for this congregation in perpetuity. It is a wonderful expression of your gratitude for what UU Wellesley Hills may have contributed to your own life.
