UU Wellesley Hills had been an official “Welcoming Congregation” for over 20 years (and recertified in 2023), proudly affirming the inherent worth and dignity of people of all sexual orientations and gender expressions. Our LGBTQ+ Task Force provides support to OUT MetroWest, an organization founded at this church that serves LGBTQ+ youth. We also educate our congregants about LGBTQ+ issues and advocate for civil rights and full inclusion in the public sphere.
